To qualify for this program, you must meet the following basic criteria:

• You must be currently working in the United States in one of the following temporary skilled worker visa categories: H-1B, H1-B1, H-1C, E-3
• You must have a minimum of one year of work experience in the United States in one of the qualifying visa categories listed above.
• Your occupation must be on the AINP Occupations Under Pressure List for the Strategic Recruitment Stream - U.S. Visa Holder Category. Please visit the link to view the list.
